Most travel insurance policies — including AXA, Allianz, NTUC Income, FWD, Singlife, AIG, Bupa, MSIG, and Chubb — cover outpatient GP visits in Singapore. You pay at the clinic and claim reimbursement from your insurer. We can provide the necessary documentation to assist you with your claims.

Dr Dhivian is a family physician with an MBBS and a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the National University of Singapore. He sees tourists and visitors regularly, understands the urgency of getting you well, and provides the same thorough standard of care whether you are a local patient or a first-time visitor.

His team speaks English, Mandarin (普通话), and/or Tamil — so there is no language barrier, wherever you are visiting from.

Yes. Teleconsultation is available for tourists who are too unwell to visit the clinic in person. If your condition is appropriate for a video consultation, Dr Dhivian can assess you remotely and arrange medication delivery to your hotel or accommodation within 3 hours for orders placed before 6pm.
Yes. Dr Dhivian sees paediatric patients including infants and young children. If your child is unwell while visiting Singapore, bring them in for a same-day walk-in consultation.
Dr Dhivian and the Angsana Medical team speak English, Mandarin (普通话), and Tamil. Visitors from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, and Malaysia will be comfortable communicating in their preferred language.
Angsana Medical is a 5-minute walk from Outram Park MRT (Exit 1, East-West and North-East lines) and a 10-minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT (East-West line). From Chinatown MRT (North-East line), it is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Please bring your identity document (passport preferred), your payment method (cash or a credit/debit card for contactless payment), and any relevant medical records if applicable.
Stay hydrated with small, frequent sips of water or an electrolyte drink. Rest and avoid solid food until nausea passes. See a doctor if you have a high fever, blood in your stool, severe abdominal pain, or symptoms that do not improve within 24 hours. Angsana Medical accepts walk-ins — you do not need an appointment.
